Loyalty, CRM, Marketing strategy, Data and Insight leader with 17+ years’ experience across complex and diverse sectors. Work underpinned by a strong problem solving and analytical approach; with the ability to lead on large and varied activities with a cool head. Experience of many data and delivery systems. The early years of my career were spent in Market research before moving across to client Insight teams conducting data analysis and modelling, before finally moving into marketing and loyalty. With this experience I have a good understanding of customer behaviour through research and analysis and also how to apply this insight to create actionable strategies and programmes - online and offline - that change customer behaviour.
