The early years of my career were spent in Market research before moving across to client Insight teams conducting data analysis and modelling, before finally moving into marketing and loyalty. With this experience I have a good understanding of customer behaviour through research and analysis and also how to apply this insight to create actionable strategies and programmes - online and offline - that change customer behaviour.
