With a background in CRM and analytics, I have a particular understanding of the use of data and insight in transforming how businesses engage their customers, and how this drives satisfaction, loyalty and value to a brand. As a former senior executive for major airline and coalition loyalty brands, my expertise includes loyalty strategy and design, programme economics and valuation, partnership development, loyalty operations, technology and communications.
