I have over 15 years’ marketing experience, covering agency and client side, delivering brand strategy grounded in commercial outcomes. But what I believe sets me apart is my experience of gaining deeper engagement from existing customers using insight and segmentation to build new, develop existing or communicate effectively, propositions and products by having a clear stakeholder framework which to deliver against; the customer, the business and the brand, each of which have a clear set of KPI’s to define success.
