Maxime
Since 2014, I have been working in loyalty and customer experience roles (5 years in London), mostly in the travel industry with B2C brands like British Airways and Accorhotels but also in the last 2 years in the B2B techonology sector with Amadeus. These roles gave me the opportunity to understand customers and develop propositions across markets to improve the business performance and customer KPIs such as NPS and CSAT. On the technology side, I am now more aware of the trends and business requirements, having supported numerous RFPs, animated customer workshops and having done some support on proposition development and potential changes.
