Loyalty & CRM Data Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Analyst to work with us on a high-profile fashion brand about to embark on a company wide customer transformation project.

You will:

Be responsible for developing key insights using your existing skills in retail and CRM / Loyalty analytics which can be used to highlight opportunities to create strategic direction for the future customer roadmap.

Be confident managing and analysing large volumes of data across multiple tables including product, customer, transaction etc.

Be able to hit the ground running from day one and be efficient in SQL & Python at a minimum.

Have a strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques including how to build value segments, & RFM whilst providing recommendations to unlock value

Be able to run reporting and post-campaign analysis for CRM & Loyalty campaigns, delivering actionable insights and recommendations

Be proficient at analysing Loyalty Program data to identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and engagement.

Have experience analysing multi-channel data including E-commerce, In-store & Mobile.
Must haves:
-
Have worked on client side (retail) in a CRM / Loyalty analytics role for a minimum of 4 years

Strong analytical skills – comfortable with pulling and presenting results/analysis

Strong experience of SQL and other coding languages

Understanding knowledge of Marketing/CRM

Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

Comfortable in consultative environment with lack of structure

Data driven and a good commercial acumen

Passion for Data and Analytics
